Beach Plumbing is hiring an organized, dependable, and friendly Office Administrator / Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is a major part of keeping our company running smoothly day-to-day. You will help manage incoming calls, dispatch technicians, schedule appointments, communicate with customers, and help keep the workflow organized between the office and field team.
We are a family-owned plumbing company that believes in honest work, teamwork, professionalism, and treating customers the right way.
This is NOT a high-pressure sales position.

Customer service experience preferred. Plumbing experience is NOT required.
Some overtime during busy season. Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday calls may be required.
Pay is based on experience, attitude, organization, and overall fit for the role.
We are willing to train the right person with little to no experience if they are friendly, coachable, dependable, and eager to learn.
We are also willing to pay more for someone who brings strong experience, leadership, ownership mentality, and the ability to work independently while helping improve office systems and workflow.
